Jimmy Elias migrated to Australia from a small island of Greece (Limnos) in 1973. He had the opportunity to work as a fish processor and develop his own business, in the small town of Thevenard, South Australia. After 30 years of experience in the seafood industry Jimmy moved to Adelaide, where he has continued his successful business with his son Stamati and daughter Kerry who are of 2nd generation.

Jimmy works with local fishermen to ensure the fresh fish arrives in the best possible condition straight off-the-boat. The seafood is then safely transported directly to the factory and processed on the premises ready for our customers.
